our girl really enjoyed "theatre camp" and starred in the lead role of "rainbow fish"! she delivered her lines beautifully and won the crowd :)she is looking forward to voice lessons that start this week and we are gearing up for full-blown performances nightly.
cookie dough fundraising is in full swing and our little salesperson was out with dad yesterday drumming up sales, so that her class can visit the birch aquarium in 2009. nevertheless, we have $70 worth of cookie dough coming our way in a couple of weeks! merry christmas everyone :)
the mohawk has left the building! here is papa doing what he does best! grilling at the beach resumed last weekend when we decided to head back for a couple of days. the weather was fabulous and we need to live there!
but we would miss our little town. especially this time of year...the valley is absolutely beautiful! the evenings are cool and the night sky is amazingly clear.
so far...fire danger is low. it's been great having him home so much during the summer!!! our fingers are crossed!
no pix of mama...trust me it's all good. we are looking forward to voting in a couple of weeks and i am axiously awaiting my mccain/palin yard signs and yes on 8 paraphernalia :) nothing yet? what does one have to do to get the goods?!my summer is winding down with my current fall read: anna karenina. i'm loving it.
well, this is our first official blog...thanks to my cousin melissa who convinced me it was easy :)
busy weekend coming up: trick-or- treat at disneyland, costume party and harvest festival (craft fair).
